Even one star is too generous for you. You don’t deserve a single star — you deserve MINUS ONE MILLION stars. Absolutely terrible. Absolutely the WORST mechanic and repair shop I have ever dealt with in my life. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a driver. The service is terrible, the customer service is horrible, and they waste an unbelievable amount of time on everything. Nothing gets done in a reasonable amount of time. It honestly feels like everyone here is walking around slowly on purpose because they are charging by the hour. Instead of working efficiently and getting the truck fixed, they take their time with everything. You can literally sit there watching your time and money disappear. The attitude, the service, the communication, and the overall experience are absolutely unacceptable. I have never been treated or dealt with a place this bad. To all truck drivers: PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. Save yourself the time, money, frustration, and headache. There are plenty of other repair shops where you can get better service and be treated with respect. I can honestly say this was one of the worst days of my life at a repair shop. Worst experience ever! ZERO STARS! If you want to be ripped off, this is the place to go. Spent over 8 hours with very little being accomplished, only to be told I needed to pay $1,800 to "fix some wires." complete rip-off! Unfortunately, I only read the reviews after they had already started working on my truck. I should have stopped them right then and there. Instead, I gave them the benefit of the doubt—and that was a big mistake. Obviously the negative reviews were all accurate. I did not feel confident that they knew what they were doing, and I ended up paying the price for it. Another major red flag was that they would only accept Zelle and refused to take a credit or debit card for payment. What legit shop does that? Do not recommend this shop. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and take your truck somewhere else.

This is my first review ever in life. Don't go their ever if you have problems with electrical or Def issues it was a cost lesson for me to learn. Learn from my mistakes it's a free lesson go to the truck maker image spend around a 1000 dollars for a problems not to be fixed when the dealer was charging 400 please and I mean please trust me don't go there, now I have to spend more money to have it fixed right.They don't have the proper equipment and they will tell you that they do you'll think me later. Never go anywhere to spend money without reading the reviews

I wouldn’t recommend this shop for serious truck repairs “I was surprised by the cost, as it felt much higher than it should have been for the service provided. Second time bringing one of the trucks into Truck Medic! This truck needed new shock absorbers, hub gaskets, wheel seals and bearings, and steering tires to fix the death wobble it had! They had this thing up in the air with the parts on it and back out to me in no time! They have great mechanics on hand and are on call 24/7 From major repairs to small, they can get it done! Thanks Truck Medic!
